Roof Rush: three steps of a real roof replacement
The game follows the same order our crews work in. Here’s what each level stands for on your house.
1. Tear-off
The old shingles, nails and underlayment come off down to the deck. Our Catch-All upgrade catches the debris before it lands in your yard, flower beds and driveway, so cleanup is faster and fewer stray nails get left behind.
2. Underlayment
Before any shingles go on, the deck gets dried in with underlayment. It’s installed from the eave up so each row laps over the one below and water sheds down, not under.
3. Shingles
Shingles go on in courses from the bottom up, staggered and nailed to the manufacturer’s pattern. A finished “square” is 100 square feet of roof.
