If your asphalt shingles are dried out and brittle but still have life left, a Fresh Roof rejuvenation treatment can restore flexibility and extend their life for a fraction of the cost of a new roof.
Figures are Fresh Roof’s published claims. Results depend on your roof’s age and condition, which we check at a free inspection.
Sun, heat and rain slowly dry out the oils in asphalt shingles. They turn brittle, crack, lose granules and lift in the wind. Fresh Roof is a plant-based treatment made with soy (“GreenSoy™ Technology”) that soaks into the shingles and restores flexibility from the inside.
In Fresh Roof’s third-party lab testing, treated aged shingles were about 50% more flexible than untreated ones.
In Fresh Roof’s granule-adhesion testing, aged architectural shingles treated with Fresh Roof lost about 59% fewer granules than untreated ones (1.75% vs. 4.29% of their weight).
Restored shingles lay flatter, which Fresh Roof says helps reduce wind lift and blow-offs.
Soy-based formula developed from research at Iowa State University. Fresh Roof calls it a 96% USDA-certified biobased product — non-toxic, VOC-free and made in the USA — and plants a tree for every roof treated.
Test results are from Fresh Roof’s published studies and dealer materials. Rejuvenation doesn’t make a roof hail-proof or replace storm-damage repairs.
Fresh Roof restores the darker, richer color shingles had when new — no dyes or paint.

Every treatment starts with a free inspection. If your roof is past the point where rejuvenation makes sense, we’ll tell you straight — no pressure.
We inspect shingles, granules, flashing and decking, and photo-document what we find.
Any loose or damaged shingles and flashing are fixed before treatment.
We clean debris and apply Fresh Roof. Most homes take 1–2 hours.
A final inspection, photos for your records, and your warranty paperwork.
