Text message consent
By saying "yes" when our phone assistant offers to text you a link, or by texting our business number, you agree to receive customer care text messages from DKD Roofing (DKD Advertising, doing business as DKD Roofing): the links you asked for (instant roof estimate and inspection booking, roof rejuvenation, hail check, reviews, directions) and answers to your questions about our services. Message frequency varies, usually one text per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never sell or share your number.
How you sign up
We only text people who contact us first. Our number, 512-766-4556, is on every page of this website and on our Google Business profile. You call 512-766-4556 and ask about something we can send as a link. Our phone assistant reads you the disclosure below and sends the text only after you say yes, to the number you're calling from.
Or you text our number with a question. Your text is your request, and we reply to that conversation only. The first reply includes "Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Signing up is never required to get an estimate, an inspection or any of our services.
What our phone assistant says
When a caller asks about something we can send as a link, our assistant, Ruby, says:
"I can text you that link. It's one text from DKD Roofing with the link you asked for. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime. Want me to send it?"
The text is sent only if the caller says yes, and only to the number they're calling from. If the caller says no, nothing is sent. Later in the same call Ruby asks again before sending anything else ("Want me to text that one too?").
Our texts always start with "DKD Roofing:". The first text on a call ends with "Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
What we send
Only what you asked for: links to your instant roof estimate (where you can book a free inspection), roof rejuvenation, our free hail check, directions and our reviews, and answers to your questions. Message frequency varies with your requests.
Example: "DKD Roofing: Instant roof estimate and free inspection booking: https://www.dkdroofing.com/estimate?src=phone Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call or text 512-766-4556, or email info@dkdroofing.com.
